Recently I flew from Bundaberg to Brisbane return, for the Somerset Celebration of Literature, on the Gold Coast. The festival was awesome – I can’t say enough good stuff about it! – but it was bookended by the gorgeous views that are Bundaberg by air. It’s a patchwork of paddocks that soothes and inspires… And such a contrast to the bustling busyness of Brisbane, as you can see.
